Requirements

  • EU citizenship (including Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein)
  • Completed aeronautical engineering degree or equivalent
  • Strong Design Office or Maintenance experience
  • Advantageous technical/mechanical/airframe knowledge
  • Strong customer oriented mindset
  • Proactive, goal oriented, independent work
  • High degree of customer focus
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Willingness to travel

Tasks

  • Analyze raw data from various sources
  • Collect and select relevant data
  • Cluster and enrich data for analysis
  • Perform deep analysis with Technical Support teams
  • Collaborate with Product Support Managers and Technical Support Experts
  • Identify recurring issues and propose improvement roadmaps
  • Promote and provide feedback on improvement initiatives
  • Draft Retex Sheets for technical events
  • Prepare regular Retex Reports on key topics

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • English – Fluent
  • German – is a plus
