Requirements

  • Degree in mechanical, aerospace engineering or comparable
  • Strong appetite for digital technologies
  • Good knowledge of Google Suite
  • Interest in data analysis
  • Creative and innovative thinking
  • Strong team spirit
  • Basic configuration and project management knowledge
  • English at a negotiation level
  • German knowledge as a plus
  • Awareness of compliance risks and integrity
  • Age between 18 and 28 years
  • European Union or EFTA citizenship

Tasks

  • Define and run AI and smart automation projects
  • Manage data engineering and chatbot development
  • Implement robotic process automation and AI mindset initiatives
  • Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
  • Design and develop innovative technical solutions
  • Harmonize configuration management processes across helicopter programs
  • Assist the operational team with configuration management topics
  • Prepare data for key performance indicator reviews
  • Lead or contribute to configuration improvement projects
  • Monitor progress within the company excellence system
  • Document processes and maintain configuration management standards
  • Create training materials, communication kits, and presentations
  • Organize events such as Configuration Management Day

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Basic
