- Interface with external vehicle developers and OEMs
- Represent MOIA's vision to ADS providers
- Align vehicle, autonomy, and fleet operations teams
- Ensure delivery readiness for city launches
- Steer major product decisions and change requests
- Improve governance and product board documentation
- Negotiate contracts with vehicle suppliers and partners
- Define scope of work and KPIs
- Manage development costs and CapEx investments
- Track budgets and provide early warnings
- Investigate cost, schedule, and quality deviations
- Resolve conflicts with internal technical teams
- Define and execute mitigation measures
- Manage stakeholders across leadership and shareholder committees
- Tailor communication for technical and board-level audiences
