Tasks

  • •Define the long-term vision for the OTA platform
  • •Create a strategic roadmap for embedded and cloud systems
  • •Conduct make-versus-buy analyses for software components
  • •Optimize resource allocation through strategic sourcing decisions
  • •Manage expectations across engineering and business development teams
  • •Prioritize the platform backlog based on business value
  • •Ensure compliance with UNECE and ISO regulatory standards
  • •Define end-to-end technical OTA solutions with architects
  • •Integrate security measures like encryption and authentication
  • •Establish technical requirements for embedded software interfaces
  • •Translate high-level roadmaps into actionable user stories
  • •Track KPIs for update success and system reliability
