- •Lead and mentor a team of approximately 110 platform engineers.
- •Provide guidance on technical challenges and performance feedback.
- •Attract and retain top talent for a high-performing team.
- •Manage embedded teams within subsidiaries and coordinate efforts.
- •Create a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- •Manage resources to achieve strategic objectives.
- •Oversee design and development of scalable, secure solutions.
- •Focus on automating processes to enhance efficiency.
- •Harmonize tooling and infrastructure across the group.
- •Lead the rollout of a unified developer platform.
- •Ensure an exceptional and intuitive developer experience.
- •Provide self-service capabilities for developers.
- •Establish golden paths to reduce cognitive load on developers.
- •Measure developer experience using relevant metrics.
- •Maintain the robustness and security of the infrastructure.
- •Implement strategies for downtime prevention and disaster recovery.
- •Manage cloud and infrastructure costs effectively.
- •Partner with senior tech leaders to address platform needs.
- •Collaborate with the Global Tech Council for alignment.
- •Work with Security to ensure platform compliance.
- •Drive adoption of the developer platform across the group.
