- Enable data-driven decision-making for application management
- Lead by example and focus on delivering outcomes
- Develop products around cloud infrastructure, including Kubernetes and Docker
- Support companywide adoption of cloud technologies
- Solve complex problems in a distributed system
- Apply product thinking in tool and service development
- Mentor team members for professional growth
- Share knowledge through blog posts and at meetups
