Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Healthcare Marketing
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and user experience skills
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office tools
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration and journey mapping tools
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Adept at using AI systems and frameworks
  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms
  • Working knowledge of real-time engine solutions
  • Pitch and new business experience

Tasks

  • Lead a high-performing team in developing data-driven, omnichannel experiences
  • Drive cross-disciplinary collaboration to design innovative customer experiences
  • Set a vision for experience transformation, drawing from best-in-class companies
  • Build vital internal and external relationships to capitalize on business opportunities
  • Understand and manage team financials and billability
  • Identify and address critical moments and barriers in the customer journey
  • Author Omnichannel Plans and run cross-disciplinary workshops
  • Partner with Analytics to iterate and optimize the Omnichannel Plan
  • Create tactical briefs aligned with brand strategy
  • Simplify, humanize, and elevate every customer interaction
  • Guide team members in Experience Strategy expertise and career growth
  • Support new business initiatives with strategic insights
  • Participate in pitches and presentations
  • Commit to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development
  • Model inclusive behaviors and proactively manage bias
  • Oversee departmental activities and staff supervision
  • Communicate company policies and procedures to the team
  • Determine job objectives, work methods, and performance standards
  • Review and discuss performance appraisals with employees
  • Authorize and communicate salary changes, promotions, transfers, discipline, and discharge
  • Administer all other personnel actions
