- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Service-oriented, communicative team player with self-responsibility and passion
- Fluent English; regional languages advantageous
Tasks
- Provide strategic leadership for the Digital Strategy & Execution Team
- Develop the Digital Strategy & Execution Team
- Oversee customer acquisition
- Manage team staffing
- Prioritize strategic projects
- Ensure project execution
- Achieve project success and profitability
- Maintain customer satisfaction
- Implement projects end-to-end
- Define go-to-market strategies with customers
- Define project requirements
- Ensure smooth customer project implementation
- Deliver excellent customer experience
- Develop internal know-how (Thought Leadership)
- Establish external partnerships
- Standardize processes and templates
- Optimize quality assurance processes
- Participate in sales and pitching activities
- Develop new services based on trends
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team
- Represent the client and team at events
- Represent the client and team at trade shows
- Represent the client and team at universities
- Develop the Strategy & Execution Team with People & Culture
- Support recruitment of top talent
