Tasks

  • Drive net-new enterprise customer acquisition across Central Europe
  • Engage and close deals with C-level economic buyers
  • Build a personal network of enterprise decision-makers
  • Apply MEDDPICC and other best-practice sales methodologies
  • Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle
  • Maintain strict CRM discipline and pipeline transparency
  • Lead complex deals involving digitization and sustainability strategies
  • Act as the senior escalation point for strategic deals
  • Position the company as a strategic partner through ROI cases
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team
  • Drive sales cadence and execution discipline across the team
  • Collaborate with Channel Sales to leverage partner lead generation
  • Partner with Marketing to convert events into measurable pipeline
