Requirements

• •5.5 to 7 years of experience in Capital Advisory/Leverage Finance
• •Experience in seeking and identifying new business opportunities
• •Ability to connect with potential new clients and lead meetings
• •Excellent finance, accounting, and financial modeling skills
• •Experience in managing teams of Associates and Analysts
• •Well-rounded academic background, ideally at Masters level
• •Great analytical skills and attention to detail
• •Proactive and self-motivated approach
• •Adaptability and dependability
• •Clear and engaging communication skills
• •Collaborative style and engaging manner
• •International experiences and perspectives
• •Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Tasks

• •Conceptualize and deliver new business presentations
• •Contribute to transaction process planning
• •Engage in deal structuring discussions
• •Produce and review transaction marketing materials
• •Create complex integrated financial models
• •Manage Analysts and Associates to meet timelines
• •Ensure quality standards are maintained
• •Serve as key client contact for day-to-day queries
• •Discuss deal issues with internal teams and third parties
• •Identify and contact finance providers for transactions
• •Prepare term sheets and review due diligence reports
• •Review loan agreements
• •Train and develop Associates and Analysts
• •Support team marketing efforts and franchise growth initiatives
