  • Execute sell-side and buy-side mandates across various industries
  • Collaborate with entrepreneurs, private equity firms, and corporate clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on active projects
  • Manage project workstreams and material preparation autonomously
  • Develop, train, and advise junior team members
  • Ensure the quality of client deliverables
  • Evaluate potential acquisitions and participate in contract negotiations
