  • •Drive profitable growth and long-term competitiveness
  • •Manage full P&L accountability including CAPEX and investments
  • •Oversee manufacturing locations and make-or-buy decisions
  • •Innovate new products with improved performance and reduced costs
  • •Define manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain strategies
  • •Own procurement and manufacturing technology for the COP
  • •Monitor product KPIs for innovation, development, quality, and cost
  • •Deliver regular product releases according to portfolio strategy
  • •Execute the talent management agenda and identify future leaders
  • •Support promising individuals with their career development
