Tasks
- •Co-lead the Venture Coaching strategy and budgeting
- •Manage twelve global part-time Venture Coaches
- •Recruit and onboard new coaching staff
- •Oversee quarterly performance management and impact surveys
- •Deploy and experiment with AI coaching tools
- •Collaborate on the fellowship curriculum and learning strategy
- •Coach two groups of up to thirty-two fellows
- •Conduct one-on-one office hours and monthly calls
- •Strategize learning content for the Foundation Track
- •Track fellow engagement and progress in HubSpot
- •Support the Director on strategy and innovation
- •Refine the scholarship selection and evaluation process
