Requirements
- Degree in engineering, logistics, or supply chain management
- Technical/commercial apprenticeship with relevant further training
- Several years of experience in end-to-end operational area steering
- Project implementation experience in industrial environment
- Lean/TEOA competence (ideally certified)
- Proven success in process and cost optimization
- Strong analytical skills
- Quick comprehension
- Structured problem-solving skills
- Very good knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Very good SAP knowledge
- Very good MS Office knowledge
- Confident English speaking and writing

Tasks
- Lead the entire value stream (end-to-end)
- Manage Cold Applied, Logistics, and Nuclear Kitting areas
- Take full P&L responsibility for EH&S, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity
- Develop the team and processes continuously
- Embed a sustainable Lean/TEOA culture
- Strategically and operationally lead the team
- Plan team capacity and personnel
- Set performance goals and conduct annual reviews
- Promote team development and health
- Manage daily operations, including GO meetings
- Ensure stable processes and 5S+1 standards
- Take responsibility for inventory and cycle counts
- Oversee the technical and material handling equipment fleet
- Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual SQDCP goals
- Monitor relevant KPIs and implement corrective actions
- Plan, optimize, and implement efficient logistics chains
- Develop new, scalable logistics concepts
- Apply, coordinate, and verify TEOA/Lean methods
- Facilitate Kaizen and improvement workshops
- Implement measurable improvements
- Integrate previously separate processes into a continuous flow
- Maintain current and future value stream maps
- Manage rolling 6-month implementation plans
- Collaborate closely with internal functions
- Work with external suppliers and customers
- Strengthen the entire value chain
- Ensure compliance with all EH&S regulations
- Maintain positive air cargo security screening
- Implement standardized qualification and training programs
