Description

As a Team Lead in Tactical Purchasing, you will guide a dedicated team to ensure efficient procurement and inventory management. Your role involves developing policies, mentoring staff, and collaborating across departments to enhance supply chain effectiveness.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain
• •Several years of experience in Purchasing with proven leadership experience
• •Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• •Strong experience with ERP systems; knowledge of SAP S4 Hana preferred
• •Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

• •Drive automation and digitalization in purchasing
• •Source materials in collaboration with R&D
• •Procure materials during pilot production
• •Minimize excess and obsolete inventory risks
• •Align purchasing activities with planning and logistics
• •Support supply chain resilience and risk mitigation projects
