Requirements

  • •Strong relationship-building skills
  • •Entrepreneurial mindset for sustainable manufacturing
  • •Ability to understand customer issues in production
  • •Strong customer focus
  • •Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management or related field
  • •Some experience in production management or lean manufacturing
  • •Excellent language skills (English and German C1 or higher)
  • •Willingness to travel internationally for customer meetings

Tasks

  • •Guide clients through the entire customer value journey with IQA
  • •Become a trusted advisor for customers implementing IQA
  • •Identify how IQA can drive value based on customer pain points
  • •Develop efficient data processing workflows for continuous data ingestion into IQA
  • •Build strong relationships with customers
  • •Showcase IQA software at customer meetings and industry events
  • •Contribute client feedback to ONIQ’s product strategy
