  • •Understanding of usability engineering, ergonomics, and human-centred design

Tasks

  • •Define and prioritize UX requirements for hardware and software systems
  • •Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers

  • •Track and communicate UX progress and risks during reviews
  • •Provide UX input for stage-gate and development decisions
  • •Lead customer research through site visits and usability testing
  • •Translate research insights into validated design concepts
  • •Analyze how UX decisions impact customer value and business outcomes
  • •Co-design manufacturable solutions to close usability gaps
  • •Ensure UX solutions are robust and regulatory compliant
  • •Contribute to shared standards and UX governance
  • •Establish a unified UX design language across all touchpoints
