- Establish and evolve usability engineering
- Drive usability engineering across UDC and Agilent
- Plan and conduct usability evaluations
- Support internal teams with usability education
- Translate user behavior into findings
- Inform product definition with usability insights
- Validate concepts and prototypes
- Develop and lead usability testing activities
- Evaluate usability testing results
- Own usability metrics and standards
- Act as usability quality gate
- Reduce UX defects and rework costs
- Identify usability risks early
- Provide actionable recommendations
- Document and communicate findings
- Contribute to usability processes
- Explore emerging usability topics
