  • •2–4 years of experience in usability engineering or strong foundational knowledge in the discipline
  • •Hands-on experience with qualitative research and insight synthesis
  • •Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • •Confidence in clinical environments and collaboration with healthcare professionals
  • •Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • •Fluent in English and German
  • •Familiarity with medical-device usability standards
  • •Experience in risk management
  • •Basic wireframing skills
