Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in unmanned system employment or operations
  • •2+ years of experience on a Combatant Command, Joint, or Service headquarters staff, or operational-level headquarters
  • •Experience with the DoD acquisitions process, strategies, and requirements
  • •Experience with developing and staffing decision papers, Concepts of Operation (CONOPS), and formal orders for senior leader approval
  • •Knowledge of Army ISR processes, targeting, airspace control, and mission command integration
  • •Top Secret clearance
  • •Bachelor's degree
  • •Experience working with the industry to operationalize emerging technology
  • •Experience developing and implementing training frameworks
  • •Experience with the integration of Artificial Intelligence into autonomous systems
  • •FAA Small UAS Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification or Service equivalent
  • •Top Secret clearance is required
