In this role, you will leverage your expertise in UAS strategy and aviation operations to collaborate on defense projects, integrate cutting-edge technologies, and shape the standardization of unmanned systems across joint missions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in unmanned system employment or operations
  • 2+ years of experience on a Combatant Command, Joint, or Service headquarters staff, or operational-level headquarters
  • Experience with the DoD acquisitions process, strategies, and requirements
  • Experience with developing and staffing decision papers, Concepts of Operation (CONOPS), and formal orders for senior leader approval
  • Knowledge of Army ISR processes, targeting, airspace control, and mission command integration
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working with the industry to operationalize emerging technology
  • Experience developing and implementing training frameworks
  • Experience with the integration of Artificial Intelligence into autonomous systems
  • FAA Small UAS Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification or Service equivalent
  • Top Secret clearance is required
