- Develop technologies and instruments for ultra-sensitive experiments
- Establish a Dark Matter research group
- Independently lead a Dark Matter research group
- Participate in 'Matter and the Universe' program funding
- Determine neutrino mass and properties
- Investigate ultra-high-energy particles
- Investigate radiation from the Universe
- Collaborate with colleagues from other institutes
- Collaborate on developing detection technologies and detectors
- Acquire national third-party funding
- Acquire international third-party funding
- Participate in KCETA activities
- Participate in KSETA activities
- Participate in KIT Faculty of Physics teaching duties
- Perform large-scale research
- Teach 4-6 lecture hours per week per semester
