- •Experience with Cisco CUCM, Audiocodes SBCs, and OVOC
- •Understanding of VoIP backbone, SIP, and PSTN
- •Experience with managed phones and ATA devices
- •Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- •Cisco CCNP Collaboration (preferred)
- •Audiocodes Certified Professional (desirable)
- •3+ years in unified communications or voice engineering
- •Experience with enterprise-scale deployments and troubleshooting
- •Knowledge of Cisco CUCM, Audiocodes SBCs, and OVOC
- •Knowledge of VoIP backbone, managed phones, and ATA
- •Scripting skills (PowerShell desirable)

Tasks
- •Design and deploy Cisco CUCM voice solutions
- •Integrate Audiocodes SBCs and OVOC management
- •Manage and support the VoIP backbone
- •Connect on-premises and cloud telephony systems
- •Provision and configure managed phones and ATA devices
- •Troubleshoot hardware and resolve technical incidents
- •Monitor system health and conduct root cause analysis
- •Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
- •Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance
- •Mentor and guide junior team members
- •Test new devices and firmware at the Munich lab
