Requirements
- •High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- •U.S. Citizenship
- •SOFA/Command-Sponsored status as a dependent of an Active-Duty Service Member, DoD employee, or U.S. Contractor
- •Eligible to obtain and maintain ADP IT III clearance
- •3+ years of customer service experience
- •Fluency in English with strong written and oral communication
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- •Effective presentation skills
- •Ability to communicate tactfully
- •Self-starter with ability to work independently
- •Strong organizational and time management skills
- •High attention to detail
- •Familiarity with TRICARE Overseas Program and DEERS
- •Work background in U.S. military healthcare delivery system or civilian managed care
- •Experience in medical or clinical environment
- •Familiarity with MHS Genesis or civilian healthcare systems

- •Process enrollments and disenrollments
- •Manage portability transfers via DOES and MHS Genesis
- •Update Primary Care Managers following MTF guidelines
- •Provide guidance on TRICARE resources and benefits
- •Assist beneficiaries with enrollment and claims inquiries
- •Lead informational briefings for various events
- •Collect and record daily activities and OHI information
- •Evaluate and escalate complex issues for resolution
- •Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- •Maintain confidentiality of Protected Health Information
- •Complete required training courses on time
- •Assist with remote support and train new team members
