Requirements

  • Several years of professional treasury experience
  • Liquidity management
  • Financing and hedging transactions
  • Building and developing treasury department
  • Experience collaborating with payment service providers throughout OTC process is a plus, but not required
  • Experience in startup or scale-up environment
  • Business administration degree or comparable education
  • Strong grasp of economic concepts
  • Responsibility, initiative, and cross-departmental collaboration
  • Very good English skills

Tasks

  • Develop Treasury as a distinct division
  • Evaluate and introduce new processes and reporting systems
  • Consider tooling solutions for Treasury
  • Manage day-to-day Treasury operations
  • Handle liquidity planning and management
  • Administer internal and external loans
  • Finance group companies
  • Monitor and report on covenants
  • Oversee and coordinate payment management
  • Implement cash pooling
  • Manage interest rate and currency risks
  • Conduct financing and hedging transactions
  • Collaborate with payment service providers (OTC process)

Work Experience

  • approx. 1 - 4 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

  • English – Business Fluent
