- •Ph.D. in Immunology or closely related field
- •At least 15 years of project leadership experience
- •Extensive experience in pre-clinical to clinical translation
- •Demonstrated expertise in coordinating in vitro, in/ex vivo, and in silico assays
- •Strong precision medicine capabilities
- •Ability to inspire and manage diverse teams
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- •Strong work ethic and agile mindset
- •Familiarity with single-cell RNA sequencing, CRISPR screening, organoids, multi-omics, and spatial omics technologies
- •Knowledge of German is a plus
