Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Immunology or closely related field
  • At least 15 years of project leadership experience
  • Extensive experience in pre-clinical to clinical translation
  • Demonstrated expertise in coordinating in vitro, in/ex vivo, and in silico assays
  • Strong precision medicine capabilities
  • Ability to inspire and manage diverse teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and agile mindset
  • Familiarity with single-cell RNA sequencing, CRISPR screening, organoids, multi-omics, and spatial omics technologies
  • Knowledge of German is a plus
