- Guide customers in transformation preparation
- Develop propositions for Content Supply, Customer Experience, and AI
- Collaborate with sellers to win platform deals
- Orchestrate delivery teams and partners
- Ensure build integrity and measurable progress
- Model standard transformation methodology
- Resolve blockers and accelerate momentum
- Establish governance and risk routines
- Keep complex programmes aligned and on track
