Requirements
- •Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience
- •Some experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or 3PL environment
- •Basic understanding of logistics processes
- •Interest or initial experience in training, quality, or auditing activities
- •Good communication and presentation skills
- •Familiarity with WMS systems
- •Curiosity, proactivity, and eagerness to learn
- •Certifications such as Train-the-Trainer, ISO Auditor, or Lean Six Sigma
- •Experience with MHE (forklifts, reach trucks) or safety training
- •Experience working with customer KPIs or SLA monitoring

- •Deliver onboarding and basic operational training
- •Create and update training materials
- •Maintain training records and certifications
- •Support refresher training and coaching
- •Provide feedback on training effectiveness
- •Assist in monitoring quality standards
- •Participate in internal checks on warehouse activities
- •Support investigations of quality issues
- •Track key quality indicators
- •Ensure SOPs are updated and followed
- •Support safety training and compliance
- •Promote safe work habits with the HSE team
- •Identify improvement opportunities in operations
- •Participate in customer meetings and discussions
- •Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow
- •Support new project launches and process changes
