Requirements

Tasks
- Deliver in-person, hands-on, and remote training to sites and CROs
- Provide required documentation during training sessions
- Create product- and study-specific training presentations
- Deliver training presentations to sites, CROs, and sponsors
- Conduct hands-on training for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with project teams and sponsors
- Develop training strategies aligned with study scope and complexity
- Partner with product management and internal groups
- Stay informed on new products and processes
- Support the help desk team
- Resolve escalated inquiries
- Evaluate workflows across departments
- Update ETD templates
- Ensure training materials remain current
- Maintain knowledge of product releases
- Participate in weekly project calls
- Address training needs and site knowledge issues
- Perform other assigned duties
