Requirements

• •Completed studies in business administration, engineering, IT, economics, social sciences with a focus on renewable energies
• •First practical experience through internships or working student activities, ideally including intercultural experiences
• •Motivation to learn and develop in an international environment
• •Communication skills and networking skills among different stakeholders
• •Fluency in English, German is a plus

Tasks

• •Develop a deep understanding of Uniper’s business and its value drivers
• •Start in the Renewables unit for the first six months
• •Rotate across the organization based on your career path and interests
• •Co-create your placement plan with your mentor
• •Network and collaborate with experts from various fields
• •Contribute ideas and work on personal projects
• •Engage with the trainee community and participate in training opportunities
• •Support the development of new business models and technologies in renewable energies
• •Assist in technology development forecasting and battery energy storage
• •Contribute to project development activities, engineering, and market assessment
