Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science-related discipline or 3+ years experience in regulated industry
- Strong knowledge of food regulations, GFSI standards, and risk management (HACCP, TACCP, VACCP)
- Structured, analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to translate data/issues into root causes, decisions, and actions
- Partner-first collaboration
- Effective collaboration in matrix with internal and external partners
- Crisis-ready

- Comfortable handling critical incidents and executing contingency plans
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%
Tasks
- Approve, monitor, and manage TPMs to Hero standards
- Conduct regular audits and ensure findings lead to improvements
- Manage non-conformances, deviations, and concessions
- Investigate and resolve TPM product complaints
- Implement and maintain quality systems with subcontractors
- Review and approve validation protocols and supplier quality documentation
- Assess raw material and finished product risks
- Establish risk assessments for TPM-managed portfolios
- Participate in food and packaging development projects
- Support global and local product launches
- Maintain quality aspects of finished product specifications
- Manage the product release process
- Approve and interpret Certificates of Analysis (CoA)
- Maintain KPI reporting
- Run traceability exercises
- Execute mock recalls and crisis simulations
- Support incident and crisis escalation
