Tasks

  • Familiarize yourself with existing service processes at Endress+Hauser
  • Evaluate the automation potential of current service processes
  • Understand Salesforce Agentforce and its features
  • Examine agent-to-agent communication within Salesforce Agentforce
  • Conduct workshops with service employees to gather requirements
  • Identify challenges faced by service employees in their daily work
  • Determine relevant use cases for Salesforce Agentforce
  • Develop an implementation concept for integrating Agentforce
