- TS/SCI clearance
- Associate’s degree and 8+ years military exercise/training planning OR Bachelor’s in Engineering/Computer Science and 3+ years military exercise/training planning
- Program management in defense, national security, or aerospace preferred
- Training development for LVC-G methods
- Joint environment experience
- C-UAS, UASs, or Electromagnetic Warfare experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eligibility for classified information access
Tasks
- Coordinate cross-functionally across headquarters and components
- Identify required capabilities
- Assess current capabilities
- Track planned upgrades
- Grow training resources across EUCOM
- Communicate capability gaps to EUCOM leadership
- Work with stakeholders in the Operational Training Infrastructure community
- Manage technical projects and programs
- Review the state of Ranges and Training Areas within the AOR
- Derive requirements through working groups
- Review policy, standards, and governance
- Facilitate USEUCOM’s integration within the LVC environment
