- •Proven experience in field sales, ideally in fintech, POS, merchant services, or telecom
- •Management of 10+ freelancers, consultants, or commission-based sales teams
- •Entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership
- •Understanding of small business owners' needs
- •Strong analytical skills
- •Confidence working with Salesforce, Tableau, or other CRM tools
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Lead and grow a national sales network
- •Recruit and manage 20–30 self-employed Field Sales Consultants
- •Actively sell SumUp’s POS and payment products
- •Gain direct market insights from local businesses
- •Provide continuous training and performance reviews
- •Support Field Sales Consultants in achieving targets
- •Monitor KPIs and analyze sales data
- •Design initiatives to increase acquisition and retention
- •Collaborate with HQ to share local insights
- •Design market initiatives to scale presence nationwide
