Requirements
- •Proven experience in field sales, ideally in fintech, POS, merchant services, or telecom
- •Management of 10+ freelancers, consultants, or commission-based sales teams across different regions
- •Entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership
- •Understanding of small business owners' needs and long-term customer relationship building
- •Strong analytical skills
- •Confidence working with Salesforce, Tableau, or other CRM tools
- •Fluency in German and English
Work Experience
approx. 4 - 6 years
Tasks
- •Recruit and manage 20–30 self-employed Field Sales Consultants across Germany
- •Actively sell SumUp’s POS and payment products to local businesses
- •Provide continuous training and performance reviews for your team
- •Monitor KPIs and analyze sales data to optimize performance
- •Collaborate with HQ to share local insights and design market initiatives
