Tasks
- Ensure a stable production environment
- Provide technical support for projects
- Manage a global mainframe infrastructure
- Oversee mainframe application performance
- Act as technical interface for internal database applications
- Communicate platform changes within the IT Forum
- Manage the KVS/RMS software release tool with Kyndryl
- Serve as ITAO interface for mainframe service areas
- Maintain operational readiness controls for KVS/RMS components
- Manage internal and external audit requirements
- Prepare information and reports for auditors
- Respond to specific auditor inquiries
