Developing external developer documentation and resources for a mobile ad platform. Experience with mobile SDKs and APIs required. Hybrid work, 3 weeks remote per year.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in technical role (DevRel, Solutions Eng, Tech Support, TAM)
  • Strong technical foundation
  • Experience with mobile development and/or SDKs (iOS, Android, cross-platform)
  • Comfortable working with APIs, SDKs, and debugging integrations
  • Familiar with HTML, JavaScript/Typescript, basic frontend concepts
  • Strong communicator, builder, and problem solver
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (code copilots, LLMs)
  • Comfortable working across teams and managing parallel projects
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with documentation tools (Confluence, Docusaurus) and Markdown
  • Bonus: Experience in AdTech, mobile monetization, or SDK-based products

Tasks

  • Own and evolve external developer documentation
  • Build practical developer resources
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing
  • Improve developer onboarding and integration
  • Contribute to documentation tooling
  • Create lightweight demo applications
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools for documentation
  • Create and maintain AI tools
  • Support key partners during integration
  • Perform root cause analysis
  • Analyze performance issues and integration health
  • Collaborate on technical escalations and partner success
