- Professional-level proficiency in German
- Technical troubleshooting for Dutch and German markets
- Business communication for Dutch and German markets
- Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Working knowledge of programming languages
- Working knowledge of data warehouses
- Expert level Excel skills
- Technical competence in Google Suite for business
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Comfort speaking with customers via telephone, email, and chat
Tasks
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Support customers and partners through phone, chat, and email
- Provide technical expertise on database setup and user management
- Troubleshoot device errors, network communications, and portal configuration
- Assist with product implementation and navigation
- Coordinate return and exchange processes for devices and accessories
- Develop and deliver product service training to resellers and customers
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Report severe issues to management
- Maintain customer data confidentiality and security
- Support global strategic initiatives
