Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 5+ years relevant work experience
- Previous practical customer or technical support experience
- Excellent troubleshooting and issue resolution skills
- Strong networking and Linux knowledge
- Understanding of cloud computing solutions
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency
- Teamwork and knowledge sharing skills
- Excellent communication skills, explaining technical concepts
- Willingness to obtain drone pilot license in future
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Knowledge of consumer UAV protocols and standards
- Knowledge and understanding of RF technology
Tasks
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
- Research and diagnose technical issues
- Troubleshoot software and hardware problems
- Resolve account setup and network configuration issues
- Take ownership of customer issues
- Drive issues to resolution
- Track internal and external requests
- Monitor technical issues within time limits
- Update and maintain customer systems
- Log all requests and issues accurately
- Prioritize and manage multiple issues
- Document technical knowledge
- Follow escalation procedures
- Collaborate with engineering teams
- Support root cause analysis
- Participate in on-call support
- Cover weekends
