Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in German; strong command of English
- Technical curiosity and confidence in customer-facing roles
- Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- 2–5 years of experience in cosmetics or personal care industry
- Degree in Natural Sciences or related technical field
- Willingness to travel across the DACH region
Tasks
- Identify market trends and customer needs
- Initiate and support technical projects with key decision-makers
- Join Account Managers on customer visits to provide technical expertise
- Collaborate with suppliers' technical teams to stay updated
- Support product introductions and ensure on-site technical success
- Deliver customer training on products, applications, and regulations
- Partner with Innovation Labs to develop and qualify opportunities
- Provide application-specific technical advice and product recommendations
- Manage sample processes and document in CRM
- Create new opportunities requiring deep technical support
- Transition commercialized projects to Account Managers
- Analyze market potential and document findings in CRM
- Represent the company at trade shows, webinars, and exhibitions
- Build relationships with research institutions and consortia
- Ensure activities align with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records
