Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or similar
  • At least 7 - 10 years of professional experience
  • Hands-on proven project management experience in simulation and/or software projects
  • Hands-on IT infrastructure and DevOps skills
  • PMP certification would be beneficial
  • Software development experience in prior assignments
  • Experience in agile software development would be beneficial
  • Experience in training simulation would be beneficial
  • Excellent English (negotiation level)
  • Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity

Tasks

  • Lead simulation and software development teams of up to 10 members
  • Define Simulation IT Infrastructure architectures and pipelines with your team
  • Manage externally subcontracted work packages
  • Control and monitor the project schedule
  • Plan and monitor project costs
  • Manage communication effectively
  • Conduct risk management
  • Provide regular reports to line management and program management
  • Travel occasionally to project integration sites or customer installations

  • 7 - 10 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

  • English – Business Fluent
