Requirements

  • •Degree in Computer Science or similar
  • •At least 7 - 10 years of professional experience
  • •Hands-on proven project management experience in simulation and/or software projects
  • •Hands-on IT infrastructure and DevOps skills
  • •PMP certification would be beneficial
  • •Software development experience in prior assignments
  • •Experience in agile software development would be beneficial
  • •Experience in training simulation would be beneficial
  • •Excellent English (negotiation level)
  • •Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity

Tasks

  • •Lead simulation and software development teams of up to 10 members
  • •Define Simulation IT Infrastructure architectures and pipelines with your team
  • •Manage externally subcontracted work packages
  • •Control and monitor the project schedule
  • •Plan and monitor project costs
  • •Manage communication effectively
  • •Conduct risk management
  • •Provide regular reports to line management and program management
  • •Travel occasionally to project integration sites or customer installations
