Technical Project Manager within the Eurofighter Flight Control Joint Team(m/w/x)

Requirements
- University degree (Master's or Diploma) in Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable technical field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in project management and development of flight control systems or complex avionics, ideally in military environment
- In-depth knowledge of Eurofighter system architecture, particularly flight control systems, is advantageous
- Experience with agile development methods and classic project management frameworks (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2)
- Proven ability to lead and motivate interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills on negotiation level in English required; German language skills are advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Independent working style, resilience, and assertiveness
- Willingness to travel within scope of international project cooperation
Tasks
- Lead and coordinate technical project activities
- Manage P4E upgrade program
- Define, plan, and monitor technical work packages
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications
- Adhere to quality standards and aviation regulations
- Coordinate with internal departments, external partners, and customers
- Manage technical project risks
- Develop risk mitigation strategies
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Prepare technical reports and presentations
- Conduct reviews and verification activities
- Participate in and lead technical working groups
- Support offer preparation and contract negotiations
