- Identify and remove project impediments proactively

- Define and refine the project team's 'Way of Working'
- Streamline communication between the project team and stakeholders
- Manage expectations of project stakeholders, including organizational leaders
- Act as a liaison between the customer, project team, and MongoDB departments
- Create plans and priorities for project delivery and customer resources
- Establish and lead recurring project status meetings with stakeholders
- Report project status concisely to both internal teams and customers
- Document project progress according to best practices
- Manage escalations and critical situations as they arise
- Assist in scoping solutions and defining project scope
- Adopt a consultative approach to inspire trust and confidence
- Explore genAI possibilities to enhance project delivery
