- Partner with Product and Engineering on strategy

- Support go/no-go decisions with data assessments
- Identify gaps in migration tooling and automation
- Develop internal dashboards, runbooks, and playbooks
- Establish standard migration frameworks and governance
- Improve execution through retrospectives and metrics
- Support change management and internal enablement
- Ensure operational readiness for support teams
- Monitor post-migration stability and customer satisfaction
