- •Define migration strategies for different customer segments
- •Track progress against milestones and workstreams
- •Interface between engineering and internal service teams
- •Align migration plans directly with selected customers
- •Communicate migration status and risks proactively
- •Partner with Product and Engineering on strategy
- •Assess and manage technical and operational risks
- •Define mitigation plans and decision frameworks
- •Document and manage cross-team dependencies
- •Support go/no-go decisions with data assessments
- •Identify gaps in migration tooling and automation
- •Develop internal dashboards, runbooks, and playbooks
- •Establish standard migration frameworks and governance
- •Improve execution through retrospectives and metrics
- •Support change management and internal enablement
- •Ensure operational readiness for support teams
- •Monitor post-migration stability and customer satisfaction
