Requirements

  • •4+ years of Technical Project/Program Management or Customer Delivery in Enterprise software
  • •Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • •Ability to communicate technical concepts related to APIs and Cloud environments
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • •Proven experience in leading external delivery projects
  • •Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • •Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • •Proactive and comfortable owning outcomes
  • •Customer-first mindset
  • •Experience in creating and documenting processes
  • •PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile certification
  • •Hands-on experience with APIs and data migration projects
  • •Experience working with public sector or regulated industries
  • •Business fluency in German

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Serve as the main point of contact for customers during delivery
  • •Manage expectations and communications through complex AI deployments
  • •Plan, execute, and report on customer implementations using Haystack and deepset AI Platform
  • •Ensure customers achieve value quickly and build trust in solutions
  • •Conduct regular project check-ins and track milestones
  • •Manage project scope and ensure a smooth customer experience
  • •Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers
  • •Escalate issues when necessary and proactively manage solutions
  • •Produce project plans, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders
  • •Drive excellence in delivery by refining playbooks, templates, and processes
  • •Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • •Ensure clear documentation in CRM and other systems
