Tasks
- Run key meetings with rigour
- Ensure decisions are made, recorded, and followed through
- Translate complex engineering requirements into delivery plans
- Maintain lean and consistent processes
- Build strategic relationships with aerospace partners
- Create conditions for collaborative aircraft development
- Identify and resolve team interface issues
- Establish effective ways of working
- Ensure measurable progress in workstreams
- Coordinate across multiple engineering disciplines
- Align specialist teams on programme objectives
- Contribute to aircraft design and build
- Provide strategic clarity and hands-on execution
