- •10+ years of Technical Program Management experience
- •Ability to drive large transformation programs at scale
- •Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
- •Effective communication and collaboration skills
- •Agile execution expertise
- •Use of Atlassian tools such as Jira and/or Jira Align
- •Proven track record of delivering solutions
- •Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- •Strong stakeholder management skills
- •Experience with AI tools such as Co-pilot, Gemini, Chat GPT, Perplexity, Cursor

Tasks
- •Lead multiple large and complex programs
- •Plan, execute, and monitor IT infrastructure projects
- •Develop project plans with timelines and cost estimations
- •Procure IT assets for infrastructure programs
- •Guide implementation and deployment of IT assets on site
- •Track project timelines and ensure thorough UAT
- •Conduct spot tests and provide hyper care with functional teams
- •Resolve UAT issues and ensure adherence to project objectives
- •Collaborate with real estate and facilities leadership
- •Coordinate with various IT teams for project needs
- •Participate in setup and management of labs and infrastructure
- •Communicate regularly with stakeholders for project updates
- •Involve project steering committee for guidance
- •Provide consistent quality status reports
- •Interact and collaborate with multi-functional teams
