- 3+ years professional experience as Software Engineer/Developer (ideally backend, telecom or messaging platforms)
- Subsequent experience as Product Owner, Technical Product Manager or similar
- Strong experience with agile methods, sprint planning, backlog management
- Experience as Product Owner in Scrum teams
- Ability to transform strategic direction/product requirements into epics/user stories/acceptance criteria
- Solid understanding of messaging architectures and technologies
- Ability to have meaningful technical discussions with development/operations teams
- Familiarity with SLAs, monitoring, high availability, incident management in production systems
- Understanding of reflecting these aspects in backlog items/technical priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly grasp complex domain topics, operational constraints, technical dependencies
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proactive, hands-on attitude

Tasks
- Translate domain vision and roadmap into backlog items
- Guide teams to implement robust Fax/SMS services
- Ensure high-quality, reliable Messaging products
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Align backlog with roadmap and product goals
- Translate requirements into user stories and tasks
- Ensure shared understanding of requirements with engineering teams
- Support sound technical decision-making
- Coordinate the development process
- Ensure predictable, high-quality feature delivery
- Track and report delivery metrics
- Track progress against roadmap milestones
- Highlight risks, dependencies, and blockers
- Drive mitigation with TPM and engineering leads
- Coordinate the release process for features and changes
- Prepare documentation and release notes
- Align with Customer Enablement and Support
- Ensure smooth onboarding and support
- Manage the feature and platform lifecycle
- Manage updates and upgrades of technical components
- Make data-driven recommendations to deprecate features
- Maintain technical documentation
- Update business process overviews
- Update integration and API documentation
- Update operational runbooks
- Balance business features with technical work
- Ensure technical debt and refactoring are visible
- Prioritize technical debt and reliability improvements
