Requirements
- Degree in Business, Logistics, or technical field
- Experience in office-based role or coordination
- Understanding of technical documentation and regulations
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP
- Valid driver’s license
Tasks
- Coordinate wagon maintenance scheduling across European workshops
- Execute maintenance activities with European workshops
- Act as central contact for maintenance orders
- Maintain accurate and complete maintenance documentation
- Ensure full traceability and compliance with quality standards
- Monitor revision progress and order status KPIs
- Track workshop performance metrics
- Prepare regular operational reports
- Support audits by ensuring consistent documentation
- Facilitate communication between workshops, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Align priorities, timelines, and service quality expectations
- Resolve operational issues through structured coordination
- Track operational budgets for maintenance activities
- Control costs for maintenance activities
- Identify process improvement and cost-efficiency opportunities
