- Ability to learn new technologies
- Success leading technical implementations
- Success leading multi-stakeholder implementations
- On-time implementation delivery
- Within-scope implementation delivery
- Efficient issue resolution
- Strong customer relationships

Tasks
- Partner with Customer Success and Onboarding teams
- Resolve complex technical challenges
- Configure authentication systems
- Debug API integrations
- Advise on embedding DeepL in existing architecture
- Consult on strategic vision with DeepL solution
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Simplify complex technical concepts
- Troubleshoot system setup challenges
- Deliver technical information and recommendations
- Develop and manage enablement tools
- Create technical collateral
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Enablement
- Maintain Customer team's technical knowledge
- Provide scalable support to customers
- Identify future customer functionalities
- Feedback technical needs to product teams
