Technical Development Manager Lubricants(m/w/x)
Technical consulting and project management for lubricant producers and processors. Proven lubricants industry knowledge and chemistry/chemical engineering degree required. Company car for private use, performance-related pay.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific discipline
- Proven technical knowledge and experience in lubricants industry
- Proactive and hands-on approach, independent work, ownership of responsibilities
- Highly organised, excellent planning, prioritisation, time-management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe applications
- Fluent English, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to undertake occasional business travel across Europe
Tasks
- Provide technical advice and support to customers and sales colleagues
- Maintain close technical relationships with suppliers and external partners
- Monitor market trends, technological developments, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with Product Management to provide technical expertise and market intelligence
- Manage and document technical projects and customer activities
- Develop and deliver technical product trainings for internal stakeholders
- Represent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events
- Support the resolution of technical product issues
