Requirements

  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific discipline
  • Proven technical knowledge and experience in lubricants industry
  • Proactive and hands-on approach, independent work, ownership of responsibilities
  • Highly organised, excellent planning, prioritisation, time-management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe applications
  • Fluent English, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to undertake occasional business travel across Europe

Tasks

  • Provide technical advice and support to customers and sales colleagues
  • Maintain close technical relationships with suppliers and external partners
  • Monitor market trends, technological developments, and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with Product Management to provide technical expertise and market intelligence
  • Manage and document technical projects and customer activities
  • Develop and deliver technical product trainings for internal stakeholders
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events
  • Support the resolution of technical product issues

  • Bachelor's degree
